The Roman Catholic Diocese of Pensacola–Tallahassee (Latin: Dioecesis Pensacolensis–Talloseiensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese in the U.S. state of Florida. It is a suffragan see of the Archdiocese of Miami. The patron saint of the diocese is Saint Thomas More. It is presently sede vacante.

The diocese was formed in 1975 by taking some jurisdiction from the Diocese of St. Augustine.
