The Roman Catholic Diocese of Hasselt, is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic church in Belgium. Comprising the whole of Belgian Limburg, the diocese was created in 1967, split from the Diocese of Liège. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels. Its see is the St. Quentin Cathedral, Hasselt.
