Rolando "Loco" Serrano Zazaro (born 13 November 1938 Pamplona, Colombia) was a Colombian football midfielder.

Career

Serrano helped the Colombia national football team qualify for the 1962 FIFA World Cup finals, the team's first, but missed a penalty attempt against Peru in the qualifying round. He competed for Colombia at the 1962 FIFA World Cup finals in Chile. He also competed for Colombia in the 1963 South American Championship.

After retiring from playing, Serrano was appointed the manager of local club CĂșcuta Deportivo in January 1982.
