Roland Gutierrez (born September 1, 1970) is an American attorney and a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 119 for the South Side of his native San Antonio, Texas.

Gutierrez chairs the House Committee on Defense and Veterans' Affairs on appointment from Republican House Speaker Joe Straus, also of San Antonio. Gutierrez has been mentioned as a potential candidate for the Texas State Senate District 19 seat currently held by his fellow Democrat, Carlos Uresti, who is under investigation for his role with FourWinds Logistics, a former oil field services company charged with defrauding investors.
Gutierrez is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary's University School of Law, also in San Antonio.
