Robert Ladislas Derr is an American artist and educator born in the early 1970s. He attended the Rhode Island School of Design MFA, The Photography Institute National Graduate Seminar, and Art Academy of Cincinnati BFA.

An experiment in geography and psychogeography, these are walk performances with the cameras through cities and capitals worldwide. Viewers' die rolls determine the direction that Derr takes through the streets. Derr is completing the US capitals and has completed the following country capitals: Canberra (Australia), Copenhagen (Denmark), Dublin (Ireland), Helsinki (Finland), and Washington, District of Columbia (United States of America).
