Robert Hall (born December 30, 1970) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback and wide receiver in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League. He played for the Shreveport Pirates, Texas Terror / Houston ThunderBears, Indiana Firebirds, Carolina Cobras and Grand Rapids Rampage. Hall played college football at Texas Tech. He was selected to the Texas Tech Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008. On March 25, 2002, Hall was waived by the Rampage.
