Robert Elwin Terwilliger (August 28, 1917 – June 3, 1991) was a suffragan bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas.
He was ordained to the diaconate on December 7, 1942, and to the priesthood on June 29, 1943. He founded Trinity Institute at Trinity Church, Wall Street.
