Robert Škulj, born in 1975, was a Slovenian hacker who discovered a security hole in a banking e-commerce system called Klik in the year 2002. He offered the NLB bank to sell his exploit - a Trojan horse designed to empty the victim's account, and countermeasures, to which the bank reacted by denouncing him and pressing charges for illegal breaking into their systems. The charges were soon dropped by the court, after which Škulj announced he intends to sue the bank and the state for seizing his software.

He was discovered dead in August 2003, in his apartment in the city of Tržič, apparently committing suicide by shooting himself. His death is under the same cloud of suspicion that looms over Boris Floricic's death.
