Rivière Qui Barre is a river in Central Alberta, Canada. The river is also known as "Keepootakawa” or the “river that bars the way”.

The river starts near Busby, flows through the Alexander Indian Reserve and the town of Alexander, near Rivière Qui Barre, and eventually empties into the Sturgeon River.
