River Gardens is a housing scheme in Islamabad that is under development. It is located
in the Zone-V of the Islamabad Capital Territory.
Renaissance Developers (Pvt) Limited is responsible for master planning and development.
Per the information on the Capital Development Authority website, River Gardens housing scheme layout plan was approved on 4 May 2001 with total area of 810 Kanals and a total of 660 residential plots. The NOC was issued on 9 August 2004.
