Definition

A definition of what is and what is not a risk transformation project/activity does not yet exist but: the activity would consist of a change program to improve the financial service organisation financial service risk management (in particular financial service risk management).

Roles

The activity contain roles such as;

  • regulatory; compliance to external and internal regulatory frameworks
  • risk management; appropriate risk management methods in line with organisation needs
  • organisational change; making change actually happen in positive spirit
  • project management; keep up speed, resource, reporting, quality monitoring and scheduling activity
  • systems implementation; technical support
  • strategy; align with vision on how profitable risk is taken
  • marketing; sell to surrounding world that organisation takes risk seriously and has transformation activities ongoing
