Rishi Kumaar (Tamil: ரிஷி குமார்; born in 1975 is a Singaporean artiste. He was the second runner-up of Vasantham Star 2005 (Singapore Indian Idol Competition) organized by MediaCorp Vasantham. Shabir emerged the eventual winner that year.
