Ricardo Osmondo Francis, Jr. (born September 8, 1976) is a mixed media visual artist who is known for his representation of socio-political issues such as race, culture, and sexuality.

Early life

Francis was born in Houston, Texas where he attended and matriculated 1998 from the Maryland institute College of Art located in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting. Prominent in the New York City region, he primarily produces paintings but also has performances. He has received a Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
