Ricardo Eduardo Latcham Cartwright (Bristol, England, March 5, 1869 - Santiago, Chile, October 16, 1943) was an archaeologist, ethnologist, folklore scholar and teacher. He is known for his work on Mapuches, Diaguitas and Changos. His work earned him membership in the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland.

He is the father of Anglo-Chilean writer and historian Ricardo A. Latcham.
