Rhys Edward Lawrey (born 5 July 1991) (also known as "2moroRider") is a British born, New Zealand grown adventurer, motorcycle traveller, riding actor and model as well as a double world record holder for being the "Youngest Person to Circumnavigate the World by Motorcycle" and the Guinness World Record for the "Most Consecutive Capital Cities Visited by Motorcycle."

Early life

Lawrey was born in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, England. His father, Kevin Sanders also holds two world records and is co-owner of the English touring company GlobeBusters. He left England aged 10 years with his mother and sister/Molly Lawrey moved to Auckland, New Zealand where he attended Green Bay High School but left at the age of 17 to start travelling and working in hospitality as a bartender and flair bartender.
Around the world trip

In 2014, at 22, Lawrey went around the world solo on a motorcycle in order to achieve a world record as well as raise money for charity.

Lawrey left on 2 May 2014 and completed the trip on 17 July, 2015. He became the "Youngest Person to Circumnavigate the World by Motorcycle" and broke the Guinness World Record for the "Most Consecutive Capital Cities Visited by Motorcycle". He travelled on a Triumph Tiger 800 XC motorcycle through 71 countries, riding 56,854 miles, for 15 months long. The trip began in London heading East to Turkey, Central Asia, into China then south to Laos and Thailand. He went across Australia and New Zealand then from Los Angeles South all the way to Ushuaia, Argentina then onto Montevideo, Uruguay where he started the Consecutive Capital City Record, onto Southern Africa then back into Europe visiting capital cities only and back into UK, finishing at the Houses of Parliament in London giving him 51 consecutive capital cities and finishing aged 24 years, 12 days old.

Lawrey partnered with The Prince Trust Charity . He raised a total of £3,055.16 for the around the world record ride. He also attended the Auckland, New Zealand Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2014 as well as the New Zealand breast cancer Pink Ribbon Ride 2014.
