The species of Rhachidosorus, all published, with the genus name, by Ching in Acta Phytotaxonomica Sinica volume 9, number 1 include:

  • Rhachidosorus mesosorus (Makino) Ching 1964 (China, Japan, South Korea)
  • Rhachidosorus blotianus Ching 1964 (China, Vietnam)
  • Rhachidosorus chrysocarpus (Alderw.) Ching 1964
  • Rhachidosorus stramineus (Copel.) Ching 1964
  • Rhachidosorus pulcher (Tagawa) Ching 1964 (Taiwan, Yunnan)
  • Rhachidosorus consimilis Ching 1964 (Guizhou, Sichuan, Yunnan)
  • Rhachidosorus truncatus Ching 1964 (Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan)

  • Phylogenic relationships

The following diagram for the eupolypods II, based on Lehtonen, 2011, and Rothfels & al., 2012, shows a likely phylogenic relationship between the Rhachidosoraceae and the other families of the eupolypods II clade.
