Rex T. Tucker (born December 20, 1976) is a former professional American football offensive guard. He was selected 66th overall in the 1999 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears for whom he played six seasons (1999–2004). He also played a season with the St. Louis Rams (2005–2006) and the Detroit Lions (2006–2007).

He resides in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife Honey, two sons, Titan, 12, and Cross, 10, and one daughter, Hope, 14. He is the brother of former Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Ryan Tucker and Kyle Tucker.

On August 28, 2007, he was cut by the Lions.

On February 25, 2009, he was a guest on the Jim Rome Show and was the tenth Rex interviewed in as many shows.
