It was incorporated in 1950 and established branches in the provincial cities of Bacolod, Baguio, Basco, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu City, Dasmariñas, Davao City, General Santos, Iloilo City, Naga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Urdaneta, and Zamboanga City.
