Review Youth Canvassing is a program developed by the Review and Herald Publishing Association which involves young people getting involved in sharing the good news of salvation in Jesus through the means of the printed page.

History
The Review and Herald is the oldest institution of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. For over 150 years, publishing has made and impact and not only in North America but also throughout the world. It is in harmony with the counsel giving by God through Ellen White when she says: "When school closes, there will be opportunity for many to go out into the field as evangelistic canvassers. The faithful colporteur finds his way into many homes, where he leaves precious reading matter containing the truth for this time."—Review and Herald, Aug. 27, 1903 . {CM 31.1}
Opportunities to share
Review Youth Canvassing gives young people the opportunity to go door-to-door spreading the message of salvation. Other than gaining valuable knowledge in soul winning, the students are also able to earn money for their tuition through the donations they receive for literature. Many students find that in seeking to save the lost, they experience a closer relationship with their Savior as well.
The blessings of service
Many students throughout the years have been able to finish school as the result of the literature work. However, the greatest results of this ministry are still to come. "More than one thousand will soon be converted in one day, most of whom will trace their first convictions to the reading of our publications." Colporteur Ministry pg. 151. "The redeemed will meet and recognize those whose attention they have directed to the uplifted Saviour. What blessed converse they have with these souls, 'I was a sinner,' it will be said, 'without God and without hope in the world, and you came to me, and drew my attention to the precious Saviour as my only hope.'.
