Renaissance of Infantry was first published by Simulations Publications in 1970. The game first appeared in Strategy & Tactics #22, and was designed by Albert A. Nofi and Redmond A. Simonsen.
Reception
Joseph Miranda comments: "Renaissance of Infantry's rules freely state that if players do not like something in the game, they should change it. This was a revolutionary concept back in 1970, and it remains so today."
