Regan Mizrahi is an American child actor from New Jersey, known for his role as the voice of Boots the Monkey in the television series Dora the Explorer. Mizrahi began working professionally at the age of three and has appeared in numerous national television commercials and radio ads. Mizrahi is the great grandson of radio personality Nat Hale and is a member of Mensa.
