Rayong English Programme School (or REPS) is a bilingual school in Thailand with 750 students. It is located in Rayong Province on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand.

Contents

The original name of the Rayong English Programme School was Garden International School (English Programme). REPS was established on May 19, 2006, by MBF Taylors Ltd. The school's director is Mrs. Sopit Chayasathit. The abbreviation of REPS in Thai is Sor Phor Ror.

Information

REPS is under the supervision of the Office of Private Education Commission (OPEC) and the Ministry of Education (MOE). The school admits boys and girls over the age of three. In accordance with English Programme regulations, the numbers of students per classroom is limited to 25 in Kindergarten and 30 students in Primary and Secondary classes.

REPS is located at 188/46 Moo 4, Pala-Banchang Road, Tambol Pala, Amphur Banchang, Rayong Province.

  • Buildings

  • 2004: The school comprises only one 2-storey building. The building is used for Garden International School.
  • 2007: In October, the school moved to a purpose built 3-storey building (referred to as REPS building 1).
  • 2008: In November, the school started construction of another 3-storey building (REPS building 2) as well as a covered sports area and changing rooms. Construction of the 25-meter swimming pool was completed as a shared facility with GIS.
  • 2009: Since May, REPS building 2 has been used for Primary 6 and all Mathayom classes. Sports lessons, events and activities have taken place on the covered area.
  • 2011: New canteen.
  • 2014: New administration block.
  • Facilities

    REPS has two buildings. All rooms, classrooms and activity rooms have air-conditioning. All Kindergarten classrooms have air filters installed. There are 35 classrooms, two computer labs, one language/reading room, four science laboratories, one Canteen, one library (double room), one art room, one career room, one double music room, one sickbay, one multipurpose room, a swimming pool, a covered area, a football field, and a playground.
