He is the president and CEO of Raynard Jackson & Associates, LLC (RJA), a government relations and public relations firm based in Washington, D.C. They not only work with politicians, but also represent professional athletes and entertainers. RJA also works with foreign governments, especially in Africa, helping them improve their relations with the U.S.

Jackson can be seen regularly on TV shows, both nationally and internationally, giving his analysis on subjects from politics, culture, foreign policy, and economics. He has been on CNN, MSNBC, BET, FOX News, and C-SPAN. He has served as a regular political analyst for the CBS affiliate in Washington, DC, WUSA*9. He hosts his own Internet-based radio show on U.S. Talk Network. He has been named to Talkers Magazine's "Frontier Fifty Talk Show Hosts", an award given to the top 50 Internet radio hosts. Jackson also does a weekly newspaper column that is published nationwide and in several European and African newspapers.

Jackson is a native of St. Louis. He graduated from Soldan High School; received his B.S. in accounting from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma; and received his M.A. in International Business from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
