Munds made his first-class debut for Kent against the Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord's in 1902. He made six further first-class appearances for the county, the last of which came against Cambridge University in 1908. In his seven first-class matches, he scored a total of 121 runs at an average of 12.10, with a high score of 29.
