Raymond Randall ("Ray") Dovey (18 July 1920 – 27 December 1974) was an English cricketer who played for Kent from 1938 to 1954. He was born in Chislehurst and died in Tunbridge Wells. He appeared in 263 first-class matches as a lefthanded batsman who bowled off breaks. He scored 3,841 runs with a highest score of 65 not out and took 777 wickets with a best performance of eight for 23.
