Ratabari Assembly constituency () is one of the 126 constituencies of the Legislative Assembly of Assam state in northeastern India. This constituency is reserved for the Scheduled caste candidates.

Ratabari (constituency number 1) is one of the 5 Assam Legislative Assembly constituencies located in Karimganj district.
