Rasmus Steensbæk Lauritsen (born 27 February 1996) is a Danish footballer, who plays as a centre back for Danish 1st Division club Skive IK.

Youth career
Lauritsen has both played for Herning Fremad and Brande IF as a youth player, before transferring til FC Midtjylland in the summer 2011.
Lauritsen started playing football in Brande at the age of 4.
FC Midtjylland
At the age of 19, Lauritsen got his official debut for FCM on 8 November 2015, in a Superliga match against Esbjerg fB. Lauritsen started on the bench, but replaced Kian Hansen in the 85nd minute in the match, who FCM won 5-1.
Skive IK
On 5 January 2016 Danish 1st Division-side Skive IK confirmed, that they had signed a 2-year contract with Lauritsen.
Private life
Lauritsen has a twin brother, who currently plays for the U19 team of FC Fredericia.
His favourite player is Andy Carroll and his favourite team is Arsenal.
