Ramon Hervey II (born October 18, 1950) is an American manager for many well known individuals within the entertainment industry. He served as a manager, executive producer, and producer for numerous artists. Ramon was a graduate of Whittier College. His past clients have included Little Richard, Vanessa L. Williams, Zhane, Babyface and Phillip Saisse. He was a manager of Natalie Cole, as well as Andrae Crouch.

He also served as the executive producer to Chisholm '72 - Unbought & Unbossed. He additionally served as cinematographer for Sweet Honey in the Rock, and engineer of At World's Edge and endorse acts such as Atle Bakken. As early as 1992, he was the head of Herve and Company, a public relations and management firm.

Personal life

Ramon is the son of Winifried Hervey. He was introduced to Vanessa Williams in 1984 and hired to resuscitate her career. He was an older man, 33 at the time, while she was 23. They got married at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, in 1987.

The marriage was held in New York, but another group was able to watch it via videotape in Los Angeles. During this marriage she was the major breadwinner. The marriage would last for 10 years. Before their divorce, he no longer served as her manager.

They remained married for 10 years, divorcing in 1997. After the divorce she expressed respect for him. He is the father of singer and dancer, Jillian Hervey.
