Plot

Gangaram the main character played by Kondake becomes a millionaire after the death of his rich uncle and decides to leave his village to go to Bombay but when he reaches there he has to face his uncle's corrupt manager and his gullible, illiterate mother. 

Frustrated, he gives up his wealth and returns to the village to his lover Gangi played by Usha Chavan.
