Raleigh's Entrepreneurial Acceleration Lab (REAL) is a non-profit business incubator co-founded by Blake Callens and Josh Anderson in 2013. REAL offers startup companies mentoring, hosting, and working space for free. REAL only supports two sponsored companies at a time and does not take equity from the companies for these services.

Partnerships

In October 2013, REAL was awarded a partnership with Amazon's AWS Activate program to offer its sponsored companies free hosting credits, training, and support on Amazon's AWS platform.

Sweeps.jobs is the first company to be accepted into REAL as a sponsored company. Sweeps completed the program in mid-2014. During its time in the accelerator, Sweeps won the 2013 Chapel Hill Business of the Year Award, launched a new website, and began expansion into other cities.
