Dr. Rakesh Sinha is a Consultant Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgeon. His endoscopic career spans two decades. He is the President of the Indian Association of Gynecological Endoscopy (2009-2011).

In the past he has been a Consultant Gynaecologist at the Bombay Hospital, Leelavati Hospital, Sir H.N. Hospital and Bhatia General Hospital. Having done his Masters in Gynaecology from the Bombay University with second rank, he went to the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel, Germany to train for a Diploma in gynaecological endoscopic surgery. He also did a Post Doctorate Clinical Fellowship in Endoscopy at the Royal Free Hospital in London (1993-1994). He is a Guinness World Record Holder for 2 records - one, for having removed the largest fibroid weighing 3.4 kg laparoscopically and second for having taken out the largest uterus weighing 4.1 kg laparoscopically. He is a 4 times International Marathon runner having completed 42.195 km each time.
Dr. Sinha has trained approximately 500 Gynaecologists and Surgical Endoscopic Surgeons from India and abroad and has performed endoscopic surgeries during Workshops and training programmes in about 55 cities in India. He has been a faculty for training workshops to train participants in Endoscopic Surgery at London, Singapore, Malaysia and Kenya and has delivered talks, presented papers, keynote addresses and Orations at U.K., U.S.A., the Netherlands, Kenya, Singapore, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Canada and Australia besides India.
He has been a faculty for approximately 600 workshops and conferences in India and abroad. He has conducted about 100 endoscopy workshops for the Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education (J&J) where Animate Lab Training is imparted.
He has been on the Board of the International Society for Gynaecological Endoscopists to represent Asia for three years 1999-2001.
He has had 29 Publications in International Index Journals including Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynaecology (AAGL), American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gynecological Endoscopy and British Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. He has been a contributor for several Chapters in various books of Endoscopy and Infertility.
Dr. Sinha has been on faculty for several mind management seminars as a motivational speaker. With his background in Medicine he gives a totally new dimension to the Science of Success. He is a proficient Public Speaker and holds a Diploma in Public Speaking. He is a licentiate practitioner for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has conducted several Seminars and Workshops on Personal Development and Mind Management. He has given talks on subjects such as Quest for Success, Success is a mind Game, Anatomy of Success, Control your own Destiny, How to change your life in 60 minutes.
He has conducted Mind Control Programmes for Mumbai Police and the Indian Army in addition to Corporates. His Corporate Clients have been Permacel, Johnson & Johnson, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Colour Chem Clairant, ICICI Securities and HDFC. He has been invited by various Management Institutes like N.M.Institute, S.P. Jain Institute, I.I.M (Ahmedabad), National Institute of Event Management, Mumbai Education Trust, Wigan & Leigh Institute, Rizvi Institute, Indian Centre for International Business etc. He was the Personal Trainer and motivator for Miss World 1999 Yukta Mookhey. He has also given Motivational Lectures for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Association of Medical Consultants, Association of Surgeons of India, Association of Physicians of India, Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists, Association of Medical Consultants and National Institute of Personal Management.
He is the Past President of Rotary Club of Bombay, Bandra. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and has been the District Chairman of Rotary International in various capacities.
