Children Gregorius Dagsson | ||
Ragnhild Skoftesdotter (12th-century), was a Norwegian noblewoman and landowner. She was married to the chief Dag Eilivsson and the mother of Gregorius Dagsson (d. 1161). She is known from legend for the role she played in the feud between her son and king Sigurd II of Norway. After her sister Gyda murdered her enemy Gerstein, father of the king's mistress, she asked her nephew for help, and Ragnhild Skoftesdotter reportedly persuaded him.
