RIC-Finance is a Russian investment company, one of the biggest government-based companies in trust management, focused on serving the customs brokerage needs, asset management, depository service, investment banking service and financial advisement. On July 30, 2010 Joint Stock Company “Sakhatransneftegas” launched the Initial Public Offering of its stock (series 02, three year maturity) with the assistance of Limited liability Company “RIC-Finance” in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles. The main activities of the Sakhatransneftegas Company are construction and operation of gas facilities in Yakutia.
