R. Pampalli is a village in the Uyyalawada block of Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, India.
The original, full name of the village is Renati papampalli. The village is very famous for the great Dattatrya temple. It has an idol of Swayambhu, and is maintained by the Vaddamanu family. On 27/12/2012 the temple was 100 years old.
