Quidem is a UK-based media company which operates radio stations.

Quidem was established by Steve Orchard and Wendy Pallot, former Group Operations Director and former Group Finance Director respectively of GCap Media, to work in the local radio sector.

In June 2009, Quidem purchased the Touch Radio Network of stations in the Midlands from Cumbria-based media company The CN Group for an undisclosed price. In October 2010 former Touch station Banbury Sound rejoined the network. The two former Lincs FM Group stations broadcasting as Oak FM in Leicestershire joined the group in 2012. Both Oak FM stations were acquired by East Midlands-based ATR Media in August 2015.

Classic Hits and The Best Of Today Network (Adult Contemporary)

These stations provide a live and local breakfast show, with a drivetime show recorded by another station's breakfast presenter. Other sections of the daytime schedule, including between 10am and 3pm, have no presenter. A chill-out presenterless playlist strand called Karma runs from 7pm weeknights, with the retro-themed Cortina Nights show on a Friday evening.

  • 107.6 Banbury Sound (Banbury, Brackley & North Oxfordshire)
  • 107.1 Rugby FM (Rugby)
  • 102 Touch FM (Shakespeare's County & The Vale)
  • 107.3 Touch FM (Warwick, Leamington & Kenilworth)
  • 101.6 Touch FM (Tamworth & Lichfield)

  • We Never Grew Up Network (Adult Hits)

These stations provide a live and local breakfast show between 6-9am and a drivetime show by another station's breakfast host between 4-7pm. There is no presenter outside of these times, including throughout the daytime. The Karma show runs on these stations also, albeit with a different playlist and the retro-themed Cortina Nights show is also aired.

On Friday evenings, a programme aimed at Asian culture is broadcast.

  • The New 96.2 Touch FM (Coventry)
  • Broadcast Centres

The stations broadcast from two regional studio centres. Stations for Banbury, Stratford, Warwick, Rugby and Coventry transmit from Honiley, Warwickshire, whilst services for Staffordshire and South Derbyshire are broadcast from Coalville, Leicestershire.

News for the Quidem stations is read from their Warwickshire broadcast centre with reporters working in the transmission areas.
