IKEA, a furniture retail company from Netherlands, lodged an affidavit with Chennai Registrar of Trade Marks against Quess, stating that IKYA, a division of Quess Corp Ltd, was using a brand name similar to theirs. IKYA Human Capital Solutions won the indictment.
Philanthropy
