Quad City Eagles is an American soccer team based in Moline, Illinois, United States. Founded in 2010, the team made its debut in the Midwest Division of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in 2011. The club left NPSL following the 2014 season.

In addition to his role with the Eagles, Scott is in his 12th year at Augustana College and the sixth as the head women's soccer coach. Highlights of Mejia's career include: •2009 CCIW Regular Season and Tournament Champions •2009 CCIW Coach of the Year, NCAA Div III Central Region Coach of the Year •2009 NCAA “Sweet Sixteen” Div III Tournament appearance •NCAA Div III Tournament 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 •Winningest Coach in Augustana College history in Women’s soccer program •68 – 37- 6 Men’s Coaching Record •137 – 49 – 15 Women’s Coaching record Most impressively, In April 2004, Scott joined a select group of coaches who have earned the National “A” Coaching License from the United States Soccer Federation Coaching School when he passed the course in Carson, California. Only 1,500 coaches nationwide have earned an “A” license, including just 33 in Illinois and 10 in Iowa. He received his National “B” License in 2000 after gaining his “C” License in 1998.
Assistant coaches
A native of London, England, Jon graduated from Marycrest International University in Davenport, IA. While at Mary Crest, Jon played soccer and basketball for the Marauding Eagles. Coach Mannall joined St. Ambrose as an assistant women's soccer coach in 2002 before taking over the women's program in 2003. St. Ambrose University announced in March 2010 that Jon Mannall had been named the University’s head soccer coach. Mannall has coached the SAU women’s soccer team since 2003 and added the men's coaching duties in 2010. Since taking the program full-time, Mannall has turned the Queen Bees into a nationally recognized program. He has been named the Midwest Collegiate Conference Coach of the year the last three seasons as his teams have claimed three straight regular season conference crowns. His 2008 team made the program's first ever appearance in the NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship and his 2009 squad finished 18-2-1 overall, setting a program record for wins in a season, and 7-0 in the MCC. From 2003-09, Mannall has compiled a 75-61-9 record with the Queen Bees.
