Qamil Balla (born 10 August 1989, in Werribee) is a professional Albanian Australian boxer and an Australian Light Welterweight champion. His younger brother Ibrahim Balla is also a boxer.

Qamil competed at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi.He was runner up in selection for the 2012 Summer Olympics in the light welterweight division.

Balla comes from an Albanian family of boxers, his father Nuri was a Victorian champion while his uncle Mitat (also his former coach) was an Australian champion. Younger brother Ibrahim has also won Australian titles and represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the bantamweight division. The Balla brothers are extremely close vowing to 'never fight each other' at professional level. It’s an inside joke in the boxing community that the Balla boys were born with boxing gloves on their hands. Qamil Balla starting boxing as a youngster alongside his brother Ibrahim and, by the age of 12, both were competing in – and winning – junior tournaments.

He won his comeback bout against Terdchai of Thailand in August 2016 after a long layoff due to injury.

Qamil has two children Nuri and Mia with his wife Rabea.
