Pyrgotis transfixa is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in New Zealand.

The wingspan is about 15 mm. The forewings are ferruginous brown suffused with greyish violet. The hindwings are pale grey.

P. transfixa was first described by Edward Meyrick from a specimen collected by George Hudson in Wellington in December. The type specimen of this species is held at the Natural History Museum, London. Specimens have also been obtained via light trap in the Orongorongo Valley.
