Puddinghead is the third studio album by Australian indie pop band Ball Park Music. The album was released on 4 April 2014, the first album to be produced by the band itself. Two singles have been released from the album, "She Only Loves Me When I'm There" and "Trippin' the Light Fantastic". The band promoted the album with two national tours, the Puddinghead Tour in April/May 2014 and the Trippin' the Light Fantastic tour in September/October 2014. The band also embarked on a short European tour in November.

Recording and production
The album was recorded in two periods. During March 2013 and May 2013 sessions were held at the Zeehan Music Factory #1, and during June 2013 and January 2014 they were held at Evertone Studios. The album was engineered by Sam Cromack with assistance of the other band members. The album was self-produced.
The album's first concept was developed from a demo song called "Puddinghead", which is available as the iTunes B-side to the "Trippin' the Light Fantastic" single.
Critical response
Upon the album's release it landed at number 2 on the ARIA Charts, behind INXS's The Very Best album by a mere 21 copies. The album obtained very positive feedback and was favoured at Australian radio station Triple J, having eight songs from the album played on air. It was nominated for an ARIA award for Best Rock Album. The album was also voted number 2 in the Triple J album poll. "She Only Loves Me When I'm There", "Everything is Shit Except my Friendship with You" and "Trippin' the Light Fantastic" were featured on the Triple J Hottest 100 countdown.
