Pseudagrion decorum mating movement

Pseudagrion decorum, elegant sprite or three striped blue dart, is a species of damselfly in the family Coenagrionidae. It is found in many tropical Asian countries.

It breads in slow flowing marshy streams and reservoirs. It is also found in wadis, springs and oases in desert and semi-desert landscapes in the Arabian Peninsula. Commonly seen along shoreline or on emergent vegetation. It is essentially an insect of the plains; but seen from montane areas during migration.
