Psalm 133 is the 133rd psalm from the Book of Psalms. It is one of 15 psalms that begins with the words "A song of ascents" (Hebrew: שִׁיר המַעֲלוֹת‎‎ Shir Hama'aloth).

  • Psalm 133 is recited following Mincha between Sukkot and Shabbat Hagadol. The first verse forms the popular hymn Hine Ma Tov.
  • Ecce Quam Bonum

    The Latin title of the Psalm is Ecce Quam Bonum. The first lines, Ecce quam bonum et quam jucundum habitare fratres in unum ("Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity") constitute the motto of Sewanee: The University of the South and Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary (Winona, Minnesota).
