Principal photography on the film began in early October 2016. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions would handle the worldwide rights, while Topple Productions and Boxspring Entertainment would produce the film. Andrea Sperling would also produce the film along with Amy Redford and Terry Leonard.
