Priyaa Lal (born Priyanka Lalaji on 1 August) is a British Indian actress. Her first appearance was in the Malayalam film Janakan in 2010, directed by N. R. Sanjeev with Mohan Lal and Suresh Gopi. She played the lead character Seetha /Anu, as Gopi's and Kaveri's daughter in the movie. The song Olichirunne was a huge hit, which won the Kerala State Award in 2010. Besides acting, Priyaa is also well known for her various dancing and singing skills.

Priyanka Lalaji was born in Ras al-Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates to a Christian family. Her parents Lalaji and Beena are from Tiruvalla, Kerala, India. She has an elder brother Deepak Lalaji. When Priyaa was a young child, her family migrated to the United Kingdom. She is from Liverpool, England. According to the Liverpool Echo Priyaa Lal said, "I wanted to learn about how the media works, I wanted a knowledge of the subject since I’m now working in the industry." She went on to studying Media and Production at Liverpool Arts college.

Priyaa debuted with Janakan in 2011 which was a commercial success. She later did couple of movies in Malayalam like Killadi Raman, Kunthapura and Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi. On 10 February 2017 Priyaa Lal released the first look of her debut movie in Telugu "Guvva Gorinka" on her official facebook page, produced by Akar movies and directed by Mohan Bammidi.

Priyaa Lal was elected as the most influencing person of 2011 among UK Malayalees. She was named in as the British Malayali Person of the year in February 2012 by the British Malayali Online Newspaper.

She was noted for her English accent while announcing for each overs of the match. She worked with the match referee Andy Pycroft.

Priyaa Lal was then selected to become the MC for the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) Season 3 2013 opening ceremony at Kochi, where Salman Khan was the guest of honour for the match between Kerala Strikers and Mumbai Heroes. Later on she was given the same cap by the Association as the Public Announcer, on 21 November 2013 for the 1st ODI match after Sachin Tendulkar's retirement, India vs West Indies held in Kochi.
