History
The hospital was established by Albert I, Prince of Monaco in 1902. It was named after Princess Grace of Monaco.
On December 10, 2014, Princess Charlene of Monaco gave birth to twins Princess Gabriella, Countess of Carladès and Jacques, Hereditary Prince of Monaco at this hospital.
In 2015, it was certified by the Haute Autorité de Santé.
