Founding to 2007-08 Season

Precisely Right synchronized skating team was founded in 1991 by Pat Lynch, now a USFSA judge at Mennen Arena. The team eventually became a junior level team and existed until 1999, when John Towill became head coach. The team split apart; with older skaters graduating high school and going to college, and younger members going "to other junior and senior level teams."

Since then, the team has competed at lower skill levels. It has fielded an intermediate-level team every year since 2001 except for the 2005-06 season, in addition to teams at the developmental levels. The intermediate team went for the first time to the U.S. Synchronized Team Skating Championships in 2007, after earning fourth place at the Eastern Sectional Championships in Providence, Rhode Island with a score of 35.32 for the free skate. The intermediate team then obtained ninth place at the U.S. Synchronized Team Skating Championships in Colorado Springs, with a score of 34.32 for the team's free skate. In 2008, the intermediate team received fourth at the Eastern Sectional Championships in Richmond, Virginia with a free skate score of 46.43, and proceeded to receive seventh at the U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in Providence, Rhode Island with a free skate score of 47.49.
