Prahlad Basu, now retired, is a distinguished professor of management and holder of leadership roles in the Indian government. His expertise is in the management of public sector undertaking also called state owned enterprises which comprise a large share of the economy of India, China, Africa and pre-Margaret-Thatcher Britain.
