Early life
Pradeep Chandran born and bought up in Thiruvananthapuram. He is a MBA graduate from VLB Janakiammal College of Engineering and Technology. He then worked in Bangalore, in an Insurance field.
Career
Pradeep Chandran's first movie was Mission 90 Days which was released in 2007 along with Mammootty. Upon release the movie received negative reviews from viewers as well as critics. After this film he did a notable role in Kurukshetra (2008 film). It was also a Major Ravi film portraying a Tamil character with Mohanlal. Then he has done notable roles in many movies of Mohanlal like Evidam Swargamanu, Kandahar (2010 film), Karmayodha, Vaadamalli, Simhasanam, Lokpal and blockbuster Drishyam.
In 2010, Pradeep Chandran played a lead role in a television serial Kunjaali Marakkar of Vayalar Madhavankutty. He portrayed the legendary character of Kunjaali Marakkar in Asianet. For this character, he has selected as the 'Best debutante actor" of "Asianet Television award 2011".
