Potęgowo [pɔtɛnˈɡɔvɔ], German: Pottangow, is a village in Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Potęgowo. It lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Słupsk and 76 km (47 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Until 1945 the village was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.

The village has a population of 1,416.
