The Port of Morrow is the port authority in Boardman, a city in Morrow County, Oregon, United States, on the Columbia River.

Among the industrial activities at the port site are a Cargill grain shipping facility, a cellulosic ethanol plant under construction, and a biogas plant under construction by Novus Pacific. The port is also building a $6 million museum called the Sustainable Agriculture and Energy Center.
